本科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE IV 摘 要 本文主要介绍了安全气囊自动折叠机的设计，通过plc控制伺服电机和气压缸，将安全气囊自动折叠并实现半自动控制。 安全气囊自动折叠机设计主要包括缠绕机构的设计、跟随机构的设计以及控制系统的设计。在缠绕机构设计中的主要对安全气囊自动折叠机缠绕机构进行气压传动系统的设计、伺服进给系统的设计、轴承的选择以及主轴的设计；在跟随机构设计中主要对安全气囊自动折叠机跟随机构进行传动系统的设计以及对跟随机构的气压缸的选择；在控制系统的设计中主要分析了安全气囊自动折叠机的控制流程、对主要控制元件的选择、对安全气囊自动折叠机的接线设计的分析以及程序的设计。 安全气囊自动折叠机系统设计综合了计算机，控制理论，机构学等多学科而形成的高新技术，是当代研究十分活跃的领域。设计目标在于通过plc系统，实现自动折叠，提高劳动生产率，降低工作人员劳动强度和工作质量，经济合理。 关键词：安全气囊；伺服电机；气压缸；plc Abstract This article mainly introduced the security aerocyst automatic doublers design, through the plc control servo motor and the barometric pressure cylinder, folds automatically the security aerocyst and realizes the semi-automatic control. The security aerocyst automatic doubler design mainly includes the winding organization the design, the followed organization design as well as control systems design. Mainly carries on the pneumatic actuator systems design, the servo feed systems design, bearings choice as well as main axles design in the winding organization design to the security aerocyst automatic doubler winding organization; Mainly follows the organization in the followed organization design to the security aerocyst automatic doubler to carry on transmission systems design as well as to follows the organization the barometric pressure cylinders choice; Has mainly analyzed the security aerocyst automatic doublers control flow, to the primary control parts choice, to the security aerocyst automatic doublers wiring design analysis as well as the procedure design in control systems design. The security aerocyst automatic doubler system design synthesized the computer, the control theory, the high technology and new technology which mechanism and so on multi-disciplinary forms, is the contemporary research very active domain. The project objective lies in through the plc system, realizes the automatic fold, raises the labor productivity, reduces the staff labor intensity and the work quality, the economy is reasonable.
