大连理工大学毕业设计（论文）格式规范 - PAGE II - l 摘 要 客车乘客门的门泵是客车门操纵系统中的重要组成部分，它是车门的驱动装置，其功用是实现车门的正常开启和关闭。在开关车门过程中，要求门泵工作平稳，开关顺畅，可靠耐久，活塞运动灵活，无阻滞等。气动外摆式门泵是目前比较先进的一种门泵，因其启闭柔和，运动平稳，使门向外开启，不中用门框空间，具有缓冲功能，安全可靠，而普遍应用于各种高档豪华大客车上。 本设计采用系统化设计方法讨论气动外摆式门泵设计，在分析其它门泵的优缺点基础上，设计出气动外摆式门泵的结构，充分发挥出该型门泵的优点，并在门泵设计中增加了缓冲装置和防夹装置，使门泵功能更加完善。根据其实际运用要求，设计中详细介绍了门泵的工作原理及工作过程。并对门泵的主要部分：气缸、活塞、螺杆等进行了分析计算。 关键词：客车；门泵；气动；外摆；设计 l Design of the pneumatic driving pump of Passenger Door of Bus and Coach Abstract The pneumatic driving pump is an important part in the operating system of the passenger door. It is the driving gear of the passenger door of which the function is to realize the normal opening and closing. In the process of switching the door, it is required that the pump works stably, the door opens smoothly and lasting long, the piston moves flexibly without retardation and so on. Comparatively speaking, the pneumatic epicycloidal pump is an advanced pump at present. It is widely applied to all kinds of high-grade luxurious coaches for its gentle opening and shutting, outward opening, taking up no doorframe space and having device of cushion which is quite safe and reliable. This design adopts systematic techniques to discuss the design of the pneumatic epicycloidal pump. On the base of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of other pumps and making full use of the advantages of pneumatic epicycloidal pump to devise the structure of it. And the cushion and nip-avoiding mechanism are added to the design which makes it more completed. And furthermore, according to the requests of practical use, operating principles and procedures are introduced in detail in the design.
