JCI标准在口腔科门诊感染控制中的应用 哈丽娅阿力木江?阿布力米提阿依甫汗?阿汗(通讯作者)陈悦马庆龙 (新疆医科大学第一附属医院牙周粘膜科新疆乌魯木齐830000) 【摘要】目的：通过JCI (Joint Commission International)标准，完善口腔 门诊医院感染管理体系，减少口腔门诊医院感染率。方法：在我院口腔科门诊采 用JCI标准进行感控工作，纳入30名医务人员为研究对象，按照PCI标准的条目 进行培训和实施具体工作，并于KI标准感染控制措施实施前后1月时进行对比 研究。并按用異体评价标准进行对比研究。结果：KI标准感染控制措施实施后1 月门诊工作人员感染控制评价指标，如知识知晓率、标准预防执行率、实施前后 无菌操作、无菌物品管理、消毒灭菌管理等，与标准实施前比较，差异有统计学 意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：JCI标准是国际上公认的安全治疗评价系统，除了能较 全面评价医疗环境外，对持续改进医疗系统质量帮助很大。jCI标准对口腔门诊 医院感染控制管理效果满意，是有效控制U腔科医院感染的新途径。 【关键词】jCI标准；口腔科门诊；医院感染 【中图分类号】R197.6 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2016) 16-0234-02 Application of JCI standard in the control of infection in the dental clinic Haliya, Alimujiang Abulimiti, Ayifuhan Ahan, Chen Yue, Ma Qinglong.First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University Urumqi 830054 【Abstract】 Aim To improve the management system of hospital infection and reduce the hospital infection rate in dental clinic by standard of JCI. Methods JCI standard was used in the Department of stomatology in our hospital. 30 medical personnel were included for the study, trained and arranged for the specific work according to the JCI standard. A comparative study was carried out one month after the implement of standard series of measures. Results There were statistically significant differences in the awareness rate of infection control knowledge, the implement rate of the standard prevention and the compliance of hand hygiene of the medical personnel one month after the implement of standard series of measures (Plt;0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the methods of the aseptic technique, the aseptic materials management, the disinfectant and sterilization administration and the satisfaction of doctors and nurses one month after the implement of standard series of measures (Plt;0.05). Conclusions There were the satisfied effects on the management of hospital infection by standard of JCI, an effective way to control hospital infection in Department of Stomatology. 【Keywords】JCI standard; Dent
