攻读硕士学位期间的研究成果 PAGE l 电信企业员工培训体系建设研究—以河南联通公司为例 摘　要 通信行业是一个以技术研发为支撑，需要不断以技术创新来寻求发展的行业。在3G时代，通信技术日新月异，消费者对新事物的接受能力越来越快，对于电信企业的服务要求越来越高。在电信业向信息服务扩展和转型过程中，调整和优化企业人才结构，加大对通信企业内部人力资源的培训与开发，是当前通信企业面临的一项重要而紧迫的任务。 经过电信体制不断改革，重组后的河南联通站到了新的历史起点上。现如今，如火如荼进行的中原经济区建设也将带来巨大的通信基础设施建设需求。面临激增的新技术、新业务，河南联通迎来了巨大挑战，原有的培训体系已不能适应企业的发展。本文以河南联通公司员工培训体系为研究对象，从企业培训的相关理论着手，针对公司培训体系存在的问题，重塑公司的培训体系。论文分为四大部分:第一部分主要介绍论文写作的背景，意义以及现有的理论成果，第二部分较为系统的论述了员工培训的相关理论,为构建培训体系框架提供了理论依据。第三部分宏观的剖析了河南联通公司员工培训的现状，分析现有培训体系的不足及重塑培训体系的必要性。第四部分是关键部分,是在前几部分的基础上,提出了河南联通公司应该如何塑造和保障新的培训体系。 关 键 词：电信，河南联通，员工培训，培训体系  TEIECOM EMPLOYEES TRAINING SYSTEM RESEARCH- HENAN UNICOM ABSTRACT The communications industry is a technology research and development to support the industry need to continue to seek to develop technological innovation.
