PAGE 1城市轨道交通车辆检修工艺 PAGE 1 城市轨道车辆维修瓶颈问题分析及对策研究 城市轨道交通车辆检修工艺管理 【摘要】 机车质量检修是车辆行运中最关键的一个环节, 建立起机车的质量检修管理系统, 能够有效的避免现行质量检修的很多弊端, 不仅可以提高检修质量、缩短周期、压缩成本,还可以对对作业的过程、作业的质量实施进行有效的卡控, 而且能够对物料的消耗、对管理者的管理行为、效绩进行有效的评价。所以对于检修工艺管理过程中存在的问题，结合大型养路机械当前的管理、运用的实际情况和未来的发展趋势， 探讨如何构建符合生产实际的轨道交通机车检修管理模式。另外还需要详细分析并提出相关地检修体制与机制改革，就会更加优化轨道交通的机车检修质量,从而减小车辆段的建设规模,减少建设中不必要的投资,提高检修规模效益,进而降低运营成本。 【关键词】 机车 质量检修 工艺管理 管理模式 【Abstract】 Locomotive quality maintenance is the most important factor of vehicle operation. set up the quality of locomotive maintenance management system, be able to effectively avoid the current quality inspection of a lot of disadvantages, not only can improve the maintenance quality, shorten the cycle, compression cost, can also on operation process, the quality of operation implement effective control card, and to the material consumption, to managers management behavior, the effect evaluation of performance effectively. So for the repair technology problems in the course of management,in large road machinery current management, use the actual situation and the future development tendency, discusses how to construct a conforms to the actual production of the rail transit locomotive maintenance management mode.
