Such a major global trend, on the one hand, will certainly do a great benefit to Chinese international trade, on the other hand, will also increase the challenges and risks of foreign exchanges. So for these companies, it is obviously necessary to strength the management of foreign exchange risks. This paper is going to study deeply into the Guizhou Tyre Import and Export Company based on several true cases, and evaluate the recent status of the company’s foreign exchange risk and risk management. Taking the complexity and volatility of the international market into consideration, the author tries to find out the causes and types of corporational foreign exchange risk, and come up with several useful ways to disperse and reduce the foreign exchange risk. The author also wishes these ways can be used by other small or medium-sized enterprise doing international trade.
