北京城市学院2013届毕业论文 毕业论文 京师园小区居民个人理财情况调研 京师园小区居民个人理财情况调研 学生： 陈楠 班级: 09金融(银行)本1 学号： 09110110026 学部： 经济管理 专业： 金融（银行理财） 指导教师： 孙咏梅 职称： 教授 工作单位： 中国人民大学 毕业论文完成时间：自 2012 年 12 月 至 2013 年 04 月 摘要 随着改革开放的不断深入，人们的生活水平获得了极大的改善，个人财富的迅速积累对个人理财业务提出了需求。个人理财，作为一项国内银行业的朝阳业务，也正随着国内客户的广泛需求而迅速成长。但是，我国居民在享受着经济高速增长带来收入不断增加的同时，针对个人理财方式还处于保守的阶段，并且对于所购买的理财产品的特性不太清楚，以致我国居民理财市场的发展还处于起步阶段。 在研究方法上，本文从个人理财的基本特征入手，为个人理财定性，为了使文章更清晰明了，运用调查与分析的方法，采用问卷的方式对京师园小区居民个人理财现状进行调查并分析，提出了居民个人在理财业务中存在的问题；并从国家制定政策的科学性，即深化发展资本市场、普及居民金融知识等方面宏观改善投资环境，而且通过分析比较个人理财产品的特点，针对居民个人增强风险意识、减少储蓄比例，进行合理投资等方面给予了解决的相应对策。以期通过树立个人理财的现代意识，结合自身的实际情况，在建立风险防范意识的前提下理性理财，实现个人财富的不断增值。 关键词：个人理财、理财产品、对策 [Abstract] With the deepening of the reform and opening up, people’s living standards have greatly improved, the accumulation of personal wealth of personal finance business requirements are put forward.
