Study Study on the Farmer’s Production Behavior in Luanping County Author：Chen Xiaoyu Supervisors：Pro．Gao Gui-ru 哪』IJJ|删 Major：Rural and regional development 1 9 Abstract Nowadays，supply-side reform of structural in agriculture is an important part of the supply-side structural reforms．In order to provide hi曲一quality and safety agricultural products，structural reforms require US to start it from the perspective of the supply of agricultural products，optimize the supply structure of agricultural products．However,in recent years，growing incidence of quality and safety of agricultural products caused tremendous impact on people’living．It’S not only endangered the human’S health，but also sapped the confidence in the safety of agficultural products quality．As for me cause of agricultural products quality and safety problems，It’S ultimately irrational behavior of farmers in agricultural productive process，SO It’S important to standardize and guide the behavior of farmers in agricultural productive process．I have selected farmers in Luanping as the research oUject,and taken research about the famers’behavior in productive process． By reading a lot of literature，the paper divides the productive process into four parts， including cognition on the quality and safety of agricultural produce，the choice of agricultural resources，management of the agricultural production process and agricultural waste．Relying on the”Agricultural Production Safety Behavior Theory”， ”Path Dependence Theory”，”融Sk Aversion Arguments”and”Asymmetric Information Theory”to analyze how farmers produce safe behaviors affect quality and safety of agricultural products．As for agrcultural product quality safety of cognitive level，Its the potential determinants for farmers whether he produce the agricultural product with safety method：the choice of agricultural resources is the protection of the quality and safety of agricultural products，The behavior of agricultural production management may take di
