Secondly ，it con⁃ structs the knowledge base ，puts forward the design idea of the rule derived knowledge ，establishes the inheritance relationship be⁃ tween knowledge and rule ，designs the knowledge expression structure based on the multi-level framework. Finally ，the author con⁃ structs the knowledge structure of the college students psychological counseling expert system. The Bayesian method and the confi⁃ dence factor method are used to compute the uncertainty of the model.
