PAGE 12 PAGE 1 犯罪嫌疑人心理在正确制定讯问对策中的运用 【摘 要】在侦查讯问中，不同的犯罪嫌疑人具有不同的心理表现，尽管犯罪嫌疑人心理变化多样，但概括起来无非有两种，即拒供心理和供认心理。大多数羁押期间的犯罪嫌疑人都是处于这两种心理的冲突中，哪一种心理占了主导地位，就决定着犯罪嫌疑人的行为表现，或拒供、或供述。因此，一方面，研究犯罪嫌疑人拒供心理产生的原因，才能对症下药，及时采取矫正对策，使犯罪嫌疑人的不良心理向良性心理转变；另一方面，了解犯罪嫌疑人供认的心理动机，才能更快速、有效地判断口供的真实程度，为充分利用口供查清案件真相提供依据。这是讯问过程中研究的重点内容。本文结合公安实 际，对两种犯罪心理进行剖析并提出相应对策，以进一步加速办案速度，提高办案质量。 【关键词】拒供心理；供认心理；讯问对策 The use of the mentalities of the suspects in making Correct interrogation countermeasures Hu Zhongning [Abstract] Different criminal suspects have different mentalities when interrogated. Although they are varied, the mentalities of the criminal suspects are simply divided into two kinds, that is, refusing or confessing to admit. The majority of the criminal suspects who are taken into custody are under conflicts between these two kinds of mentalities, the mentality which plays a major role will determine a criminal suspect’s behavior, or refusing to admit, or confession. Therefore, on the one hand, researching the causes of refuse of the criminal is the only way to take suitable measures to make the suspect turn to a opposite attitude. On the other hand, only learn the psychological motivation of the suspect, can we judge the real degree of the confession fast and efficiently, and provide the evidence to find out the facts of the cases by using the confession. The above mentioned are the main content during the interrogation This paper combines with the reality of public security affairs and analyses the two kinds of the suspects’ psychology and put forward the countermeasures to enhance the efficiency and the quality of working on the cases.
