-p -p 461607 摘 要 国内外大量的研究与调查表明，不安全行为是导致事故的主要原因，因此，本文 以煤矿人的不安全行为作为研究对象，据安全生理学、安全心理学、安全行为科学、 安全管理学、安全人机工程学等基本原理，从信息处理过程、人、机与环境、及管理 四个方面，对煤矿人的不安全行为进行了分析与研究。f其主要内容如卜： 1．在大量阅读文献资料的基础上，分析了国内煤矿的安全现状，煤矿存在的主 要安全问题及我国煤矿安全的发展趋势。 2．以矿井人的不安全行为作为研究对象，提出了本文的研究内容，即煤矿人的 不安全行为的研究方法与思路。 3．参考国内外对人的不安全行为的分类，结合煤矿生产的实际，从人的信息处 理、人的自身特性、机与环境、管理这四个方面对煤矿人的不安全行为进行了分类。 4．应用基于人机环管四因素的系统分析方法，从质的方面对人的信息处理、人 的自身特性、机与环境、管理与煤矿人的不安全行为的关系作了深入研究，得出了相 关结论，为煤矿人的不安全行为的预防提供了理论基础。 5．在定性分析的基础上，对煤矿人的安全行为进行了定量分析。首先建立了有 关评价指标，构成了煤矿人的安全行为保障体系，再应用综合评价方法，从而得到J， 现场人的安全行为保障体系综合评价模型。 总之，／本文针对煤矿事故频发的现状，根据人的不安全行为在煤矿事故致冈中的 重要地位，从人机环管方面对煤矿人的不安全行为进行了定性与定量分析，从而确定 了导致煤矿人的不安全行为的各种因素，建立了煤矿人的安全行为保障体系，并与现 场相结台，具有一定的实用性和可操作性。 关键词：矿井；安全行为：定性分析：定量分析：安全评价 第l页 AbstractBased Abstract Based on domestic and overseas research and analysis，human unsafe behavior is the main reason leading to accidentS，SO it is necessary for US to take note of the problem．In paper,using safety physiology、safety psychology、safety behavior science、safety management science、safety Ergonomic，We analyzes the unsafe behavior characteristics and relations from the information process，human，machine and environment，and management． The main content iS as follows： 1．Based on the present research，the safety actuality,the main problems，and development current ofdomestic coal mines are analyzed． 2．we regard the human unsafe behavior as the research object，and put forward the research content，namely the research method and idenl ofthe human unsafe behavior ofthe coal mines． 3．Based On the domestic and overseas classification of human’S unsafe behavior, combined with the actuality of the coal mines，we classify human’S unsafe behavior of the coal mines into four kinds，that is，human’S information disposal process，human’trait， machine and environment，and management． 4．Applying the system analyzing method based on personnel、machine、environment and management factors．we research the relation between the human unsafe behavior and human’S information disposal process、human、machi
