矿井通风系统的节能控制 矿井通风系统的节能控制 ENERGY-SAVING CONTROL OF MINE VENTILATION SYSTEM ABSTRACT Coal is major energy sources and the coal industry is an important basic industries in China. As coal resources abounding, China should put the coal as the main energy sources in order to ensure the countrys energy security. Coal resources are not unlimited, but the primary energy. With the decline in coal reserves, energy of conservation, energy efficiency of improvement and sustainable development of achievement is particularly important in the todays society of energy shortage. The energy-wasting problem is existed in the mine ventilation in the coal mining, that is no matter how much the gas concentration in the mine, fan is always in high-speed operation, so that in the case of very low gas concentrations would be much waste of energy. At this stage, energy is not a major problem, security is the primary concern of mine, so the currently used approach is feasible, but with advances in technology, energy conservation will naturally be on the agenda. For the problem of energy-saving, by means of sensor technology, automatic control technology, field bus technology and the knowledge of compensation algorithms, energy-saving control of mine ventilation system is designed in this paper. The overall design of the system program is first introduced in this paper. Mainly arounding the zero drift, non-linear output issues of thermocatalysis sensor, the system is designed. Then the systems hardware design and software design is introduced, through the use of programmable logic controller (PLC) the function is completed, that the different gas concentrations is transformed corresponding current signal which is the input signal of inverter, and inverter can control the fans operating frequency to achieve energy-saving purpose. And through the use of PLC, touch screen, methane standard gas the gas sensor auto-calibration function is achieved, and then joining the compensation algorithm the
