摘要20世纪80年代以来，随着现代科技进步的日新月异，国际竞争变得日益复杂． 摘要 20世纪80年代以来，随着现代科技进步的日新月异，国际竞争变得日益复杂． 面对激烈变动的外部环境，面对研发活动需要不断缩短开发时间、降低研发成本和 分散研发分险的要求，跨国公司研发投资呈现国际化趋势，建立研发战略联盟成为 跨国公司解决这些问题的有效途径。但组建研发战略联盟是一项复杂的工程，联盟 过程充满了变数，联盟失败率一直居高不下，其中联盟伙伴选择不当成为联盟失败 的重要原因． 我国加入盯O后在这股研发国际化浪潮中的地位日显重要，众多世晃著名跨国 公司相继在中国设立研发机构，研发机构的数量呈逐年增加之势。在跨国公司在华 设立研发机构的三种形式中，特别值得关注的是跨国公司在我国高校内成立的联合 研发机构。我国拥有上千所高校，跨国公司据何选择适合自己的研发联盟伙伴成为 研究这一现象的首要问题，也是论文关注的焦点。 论文首先介绍战略联盟、战略协同等理论，以此为基础，接着介绍战略联盟伙 伴选择“3c”原则，并构建跨国公司与高校的“3c”，并结合具体实例找出选择高校 的影响因素；对提炼的因素进行取样调查和数据分析，试图说明各因素对选择高校 的影响程度，通过因子分析，归纳跨国公司从哪几个方面选择高校；最后分别对我 国政府和高校提出相应的对策建议。从而进一步完善跨国公司研发产学战略联盟的 理论体系，为跨国公司实施研发产学战略联盟的实践提供有益的指导． 关键词：跨国公司；产学合作；战略联盟；伙伴选择 AbstractSince Abstract Since 1980s．willl modem technologys changing in each passing day,international competition becanle increasingly complicated．Facing the intensely changing exterior environment,facing the request to shorten the time of exploitation，reduce the cost,and dispe稻e the risk of RD．the transnational corporation’s RD investment becomes internationalization,and it is effective to resolve these problems to set印for transnational corporation RD strategic alliance．But it is a hard work to set印RD strategic alliance, there are so many uncertainties during setting up it，and the ratio of the disintegrated strategic alliance is always very lli如and the wrong partner selection is the important reason ofthe disintegrated strategic alliance． After entering WTO，China is becoming very important in this international trend of RD．More and mole world-famous transnational corporations establish RD institutions in China,and the amount is increasing year by year．Among the three kinds of RD institutions，we should pay special attention to the kind of RD institution that the transnational corporations establish in 0111universities．There勰thousands ofuniversities in our country,and it is the first problem to study this phenomenon that the transnational corporations are how to choose these universities as their RD cooperation partners，and it is also
