万方数据 万方数据 Abstract Objective: To explore the application and effect of the information technology on the nursing quality management, and to provide suggestions for the development of nursing information system. Methods: Using the existing nursing information systems of hospital, the design details of nursing quality control running in system through the point of critical quality control, monitored the quality of nursing. Incidence of medication errors , quality of nursing records and the incidence rate of pressure ulcers were evaluated before and after the application of nursing quality control information technology. Related opinions about the efficiency and effectiveness were obtained from 25 clinical nurses. Results: The quality control points realized the whole nursing documents quality regulation, and the requirements of the core system were effectively embedded in system. After using the nursing information system, the incidence rate of medication errors decreased from 0.10% to 0.03%（P0.05）, the quality of electronic nursing records increased from 81.32 to 97.36（P0.05）. No changes in the incidence of pressure ulcers (P 0.05). Comprehensively the quality control model, found the feedback problems in time and the improved management efficiency were considered by nurses. Conclusions: Clinical nursing quality management mode under the information system architecture is mainly set up checkpoints in the clinical information system, using information quality control point and objective data information system to provide a scientific basis for nursing management and decision-making. The key quality control points for each link of nursing work in real time and dynamic control, help to improve the quality of clinical nursing work. Implement the nursing management from traditional experience mode to digital, scientific and modern management mode transformation.
