Excess of iron and steel productivity of the whole world has forced iron and steel enterprises at home and abroad to initiate a fierce competition centering around product variety ,product quality and production cost ,and in the meanwhile to raise their own market competence by way of technological innovation and network technology. In terms of teh new round aimless and disorderly expansion of the production scale in China’s iron and steel industry ,the attempt of large scale invasion into China’s market by the world iron steel powers and the prompt emergence of private owned iron steel enterprises in China the whole iron and steel industry in the country the iron and steel in China will inevitably face an un2 precedented fierce competition. As the results it is expected that the pace of union and reorganization among the iron and steel enterprises in China will be accelerated inevitably in next few years.
