Abstract
The railway transportation has the merits of big carrying capacity,high transportation velocity,few energy consumption,low transportation cost,etc,It plays very important role in the entire national economy development.In recent years,railway transportation development has the tendency ofhigh speed,heavy load,great transportation amount and high density,the failWay transportation creates huge economic benefit.But because ofthe high speed and heavy load,It brings many wheel track relations questions,for example,rail wave-shape
abrasion,rolling contact fatigue,derailed,become more and more serious.
Wheel rail contact stress computation is the foundation of wheel track relations studies.Therefore,correct analysis and computation of wheel rail contact stress has big significance regarding to the enhance the security and efficiency of
railway transportation.
This article uses three dimensional modeling software Pro/E to build the model,considered the real wheel and the rail geometry shape and the boundary condition,USeS commodity finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS—DYNA as the tool tO carries Oll the analysis,In the model,wheel is worn Tread wheel,
namely LM Tread wheel,rail is 60Kg/m rail.The paper carries the contact
analysis between LM Tread wheel and rail respectively as the rail base slope is
l:20 and l:40.
The result indicates that in 1:20 rail base slope conditions,the contact stress is smaller obviously than the 1:40 situation.Through the transfommtion the value of the nlain arc radius(pa)and the center position(s2)of arc of the LM tread to carries on the analysis,result indicates that in the condition of l:20 rail base slope.the LM tread and rail arc at in good match condition,And in t:40 rail base slope condition,through increases the main arc radius(pa)or reduces its center position(S:)Can reduce the taper ofthe tread,improve wheel track match condition.The paper also carry on the analysis of vehicles passes cur
