论社会资本对企业技术创新的影响摘要 论社会资本对企业技术创新的影响 摘要 技术创新是一个国家获得竞争优势和取得可持续发展的关键，是 一个国家和地区及其企业具有持续竞争力的内在变量，尤其对市场的 主体——企业而言。随着世界经济一体化和知识全球化的不断深入， 企业单靠企业内部拥有的资源来获得竞争优势已日趋困难。这就促使 企业将提高竞争能力的重点放在如何有效地将企业内部资源和外部 资源进行整合，以提高企业知识创造和技术创新的能力。而与外部企 业的合作和联盟是建立在良好的社会资本的基础之上的。社会资本具 有社会网络、社会规范和信任等特征。本文融合近年来对社会资本研 究的最新发展成果，并且充分意识到社会资本已经成为技术合作、技 术创新能否成功的一个关键因素，是资源配置的一种重要形式；从中 国企业创新与社会资本的现状出发，从社会学的视角，主要运用社会 关系网络理论、社会资源理论、嵌入理论等理论，着重从企业的内部 和外部两个层面入手，分析社会资本对技术创新的环境、动力、业绩 等方面的影晌，进而从理论层面上提出构建有利于我国技术创新的社 会资本的观点，为我国的技术创新提供新的视野和思路。 关键词：社会资本技术创瓤社会网络 oN oN THE INFLUENCES oF THE SOCIAL CAPITAL oN THE TECHNoLoGY lNNoV觚IoN oF ENTERPRISES ABSTRACT Technology innovation is a key for a nation to gain the superiority of competition and to realize the sustainable development．In addition．it iS an inner variable for a nation，or a region，esp．for the main body of the market，enterprise to possess its sustainable capability of competitiveness． With the unifying ofthe world economy and the knowledge globalization， more and more hardly call all enterprise gain its superiority of competition only by its own resources．Thus spurs the enterprise to put its focal point of improving its superiority of competition on how to effectively integrate its resources inner and outside，to enhance its capability of knowledge creation and technology innovation． Nevertheless，the corporation and association with the outside enterprises are based on the well social capital．with the character of social organization，e．g．network，criterion and credit．This paper,in the perspective of sociology,emphasizes on the analysis of the influences of the social capital on the technology innovation of enterprises，referring to the newest outcomes of research of the social capital，being aware of that the social capital has become a key to the success of technology corporation and innovation and an important means of resources configuration．using the theory of social relation network，tlle theory of social resources and the theory of embeddedness．And it gives advice
