AbstractWith Abstract With the spreading ofthe globalization ofeconomy,the service economy has become the focus of international economic competition．It is very necessary and urgent to develop service industry．And the utilization of foreign direct investment is essential for develop service industry．This paper,taking foreign direct investment be central clue，comprehensively utilizes several theories and methods in the fields of international investment，industrial economy．It combines 、Ⅳith practice a home and abroad to study systematically the relation between utilization of FDI and development of service industry．The general content is as follows： The chapter 1，tries to point out the object，significance of the research，at the same time，it makes a summary ofseniors’achievement The chapter 2，analyzes systematically the influence of FDI on host nation industry development，And probes into its mechanism,which is ready for the study On the utilization ofFDI in service industry ofthe chapter 3． The chapter 3，studies the present situmion of service industry．It makes an empirical analysis on the structure changes of service industry by ntlizing FDI and revieWS the effect． The chapter 4，introduces the problems of utilizing FDI in service industry of china．Follows it，the paper,combining the analysis above，puts forward the countermeasure ofutilizing FDI in service industry． Keywords：FDI；service industry；effect；countermeasure 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文第一章 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 第一章 导论 1．1研究的目的和意义 随着经济走向信息化道路的加快，经济全球化不断蔓延。经济全球化不 仅对一国的国际收支和国际竞争力关系重大，而且还影响到一国产业结构调 整和国民经济持续发展。 应对经济全球化，迫切需要加快发展服务业。20世纪90年代以来，全 球经济竞争的重点正从货物贸易转向服务贸易。服务业已成为全球经济增长 最快的行业。服务经济成为发达国家和新兴国家的支柱产业。全球服务业产 出在整个经济中的比重已经从1980年的56％上升到1998年的61％。各国 服务业的产出在整个经济中的比重与经济发展水平密切相关，人均GDP较高 的国家，其服务业的产出与就业比重也相对较高。从表卜l可以看出， 1980-1998年，中低收入国家的服务业产出比重平均上升了8—10个百分点， 其中低收入国家的比重是从30％上升到38％，中等收入国家的比重从46％ 上升到56％，同时高收入国家从59％上升到65％。 并且我们还注意到，分阶段来看，服务业比重的增加在20世纪的90年 代要快于80年代，特别是低收入国家和中等收入国家的情况更加明显。从 表卜l可以看出，低收入国家的服务业比重在1980—1989年只上升了1个百 分点，而1989-1998年却上升了7个百分点：
