摘 摘 要 随着我国高等级公路建设规模的不断扩大,沥青混凝土路面工程量亦迅速增 长,沥青路面施工机群的系统配置和优化日益重要,已成为路面施工项目规划领 域的重要课题。如何实现沥青路面机械化机群施工系统的优化配置,提高施工效 率、降低施工成本,成为沥青路面施工企业迫切需要解决的问题。 由于沥青路面机械化施工系统是一种复杂的随机离散事件系统,传统的经验 公式或数学解析的方法难以解决沥青路面机械化机群施工系统的优化配置问题。 本论文采用系统分析的方法,借助于计算机仿真技术,以杭金衢高速公路第十五 合同段为依托工程,对沥青路面施工机群进行了全面的系统分析,建立了沥青路 面施工机群的系统仿真模型,开发了应用软件,以机械利用率最高为目标确定最 佳配置,并对其进行了实际施工现场测试,效果良好. 本论文克服了已有模型对自卸车和标准单位待碾压路面服从泊松分布要求的 局限性,使模型具有更强的适应性;自卸车的运输距离随工程进度动态变化,使 模型更符合沥青路面机械化机群施工系统的实际状况。 最后,对论文进行了总结,指出了论文的不足指出,指明了论文的应用前景。 关键词:GPSS,lI仿真机械化施工路面 ABSTRACTWi血the ABSTRACT Wi血the rapid growth of mc asphalt conere,te road surface resilience based On the contimloll$expansion of domestic first-class highway construction,the systemic eontiguration and oplJlni盟lJon of the bituminous pavcme9at mechanization construction maelainely is lnOl己and lnOIt宅impoltant and has become the significant topic in the field of road岛lrfh∞eonstrtlelion project planning.How to aelaievc tlac systemic disposition and optimization,improve the mechanization eonmuetion efficiency and reduce tlae cost has also become趾urgent problem for the bituminous pavement construction cntelprises to solve.
