西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文矿区生态资源环境可持续发展评价研究 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 矿区生态资源环境可持续发展评价研究 专 业：矿业工程 研究生：王付民 指导教师：陈永锋教授 摘 要 本文通过分析可持续发展的一般理论与方法，根据我国矿业及矿区的实际情况， 深入系统地研究了矿区可持续发展理论与评价方法相关的研究成果及最新进展，特别是 就矿区生态环境与经济协调发展的评价模型与方法，系统优化等进行了深入系统地研 究。 丰富了矿区可持续发展的概念、内涵及目标，并对矿区可持续发展的有关问题进 行了系统地分析，得出了富有启发性的结论。 鉴于传统的统计指标体系评价可持续发展度量的局限性，本文探讨性地提出了一 个多层次矿区可持续开发评价指标体系，它反映了在构建矿区可持续开发评价指标体系 时，从宏观角度应当考虑的内容，建立指标体系时，从经济、社会、资源、环境与智力 支持五个大的方面考虑，具有较强的全面性。 采用综合集成的方法建立了矿区态资源、环境、经济、社会系统评价模型，为评 价矿区可持续发展状况以及矿区今后发展的调控、优选提供了量化标准。 根据矿区可持续发展的要求及我国矿区的实际，从矿区资源、生态环境、矿区经 济的矿区社会等四个方面，深入系统地探讨了矿区可持续发展的措施与对策。 关键词：矿区；可持续发展；生态环境； 措施与对策 论文类型：应用基础 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文Study 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 Study OH Evaluation of Mining Area Ecological Environment for Sustainable Development Specialty： System Engineering Postgraduate：Wang Fumin ， Instructor：prof．Chen Yongfeng Based on the analyses of general sustainable development theory,this paper discusses the theory and evaluation method of mining area sustainable development，especially on harmonic development between ecological environment and economy．Some inspired ideas and results about mining area sustainable development were obtained． In view ofthe fact that general statistics can not evaluate the sustainable development of a mining area very well，we put forward a multi-hierarchy index system，which involve economy,society,resource，environment and intelligence．The index system is better then the statistics in overall and deep meaning． Then we use synthesize—integrate way to establish a evaluation model of mining area sustainable development，that can help us control and optimize a mining area sustainable development condition，Finally,we discuss the policies and measures for mining area sustainable development according to our country’S mining practices． Keywords：mining area，sustainable development，ecological environment， policy and measure Thesis：Application Study 声 声 明 本人郑重声明我所呈交的论文是我个人在导师指导下进行的研究工 作及取得的研究成果。尽我所知，除了文中特别加以标注和致谢的地方外， 论文中不包含其他人已经发表或撰写过的研究成果，也不包含本人或其他 人在其它单位已申请学位或为其它用途使用过的成果。与我一同工作的同 志对本研究所做的所
