内容提要 内容提要 长期以来，学术界对政党监督的理论研究较为薄弱。在全面建设小康社会的 新时期，从社会主义政治文明的角度，研究我国的政党监督显得尤为迫切。 本文提出社会主义政治文明具有三重规定性(政治文明规定性、社会主义规 定性和国别规定性)，由此确立社会主义政治文明的三维视角(政治文明视角、 社会主义视角和国别视角)；基于社会主义政治文明三重规定性的有机结合和辩 证统一形成由社会主义政治文明三维视角构成的完整而立体的社会主义政治文 明观察视域；进而重点分析我国政党监督与政治文明、社会主义及中国国情的学 理关系：在此基础上，考察了我国政党监督的现状；探索了影响我国政党监督效 能发挥的制约因素；分析了现阶段加强和完善我国政党监督运行机制的主、客观 条件：提出了加强和完善我国政党监督运行机制的政策建议：最后从应用法学的 角度探索了提高我国政党监督效能的法制保障。 关键词：社会主义 政治文明 政党监督 曼殴坠X 曼殴坠X Q丝 ￡Hl照筮墨 里Q迎￡△L E叁113匹 墨型￡星l受!曼!Q盥 班 !旦鐾 Ⅱ垦l坐 QE盟曼!Q盟 Q星 曼Q￡虽叁Ll苎至 ￡Q邑皿g{刍昌￡幽丛2垒苫IQ醴 Abstract The study on China’s political party supervision is limited for a long time in the sphere of learning．We are imperative to study that issue from the point of view of the socialist political civilization during the new period of building of a comparatively affluent society． The thesis puts forward that the socialist political civilization is determined by political civilization，socialism and the state．The three determinants，which form the three—difiaensional visual angles，are organically consolidated，’resulting in the intact and three-dimensional visual threshold of the socialist political civilization． Then the author analyses respectivel)’the three kinds of relations：between the political party supervision and political civilization，between the political party supervision and socialism，between the political party supervision and the state； presents the situation ef China’s political party supervision at the moment；and probes the restrict factors which made the political party supervision inefficient．Further study was carried out o／／the subjective and objective conditions of improving Chinas political party supervision operating mechanics．The author completes the thesis by presenting the policy suggestions to promote the performance of China’s political party supervision，discussing the issue of legal guarantee of China’s political party supervision from the scope of the practical science of law． Postgraduate：Ye Dong (Marxism Theory and Ideological and Politica
