摘 摘 要 摘 要 连锁经营是商业领域的一次变革，它是伴随社会生产力的发展，为适应 消费市场需要而产生的一种新型经营方式。配送中心是一种多功能、集约化 的物流据点。配送是连锁经营企业的核心功能，连锁经营的发展离不开配送 中心，商品的配送水平是连锁企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分。本文总体上 从六个方面讨论了连锁经营配送中心的相关问题。一、概括地阐述了连锁经 营基本特征及其类型，探讨了配送中心的定义和功能，并阐述了配送中心在连 锁经营中的地位与作用以及我国发展配送中心具有的条件和目前国内配送中 心存在的问题。二、详细阐述了连锁经营配送中心的设立决策过程中应考虑 的问题。三、针对配送中心选址的问题，提出选址原则并从定性和定量两方 面分析如何确定地址，系统地考虑了配送中心数量、连锁网点分布数量、进 货渠道、交通状况等相关因素对配送中心的影响，提出了多个配送中心和单 一配送中心的选址模型。四、对配送中心的设施选择、内部规划与设计问题 进行了论述。五、针对配送中心当前存在的经营管理混乱现象，提出从订单 管理、存储、拣选、库存、延迟配送、线路优化等方面对配送中心进行全面 管理。六、通过以上分析国内物流配送现状，指出了国内连锁物流配送业的发 展的几大趋势。最后针对一个具体案例展开实证分析，再一次印证上述观点。 关键字：配送连锁商业 配送中心 垒!尘型——Abstract 垒!尘型—— Abstract Chain operation iS one of the changes of commerce field．To accompany the development of social productivity，it is a kind of new way of managing that produces to meet consumer market needs．The physical distribution tense is a kind of logistics strongpoint that having multifunction， melting fair thing approximately．The distribution iS the key function of the chain business．The chain operation does not develop without the distribution center．The 1evel of the merchandise distribution iS the important composition part of chain enterprise’S core competition abilities．This paper has discussed the related problem of the chain operation’S distribution center in general from six aspects．The first．the author elaborates on the basic features and the type of the chain operation briefly，discusses the definition and the function of the distribution center．and elaborates the position and the function of the distribution center in chain operation，as well as the conditions and the existing problems that develops the distribution centre at present in our country．The second，the problems of the distribution center’S establishment that should be considered in decision course iS elaborated in detail．The third，aiming at the problem of the distribution center’S optional location，the author puts forward the principles of the optional locations and proposes how to determine the address through qualita
