论课改下的农村中学英语教师教育[内容摘要]20世纪80年代以来，全世界都把目光投向人的素质，各国开 论课改下的农村中学英语教师教育 [内容摘要]20世纪80年代以来，全世界都把目光投向人的素质，各国开 始研究和重视教师的发展问题。目前越来越多的国家在战略上将教师教 育看作提高教育质量和学生发展的一个主要因素。随着我国新课改的启 动，教师教育的研究日益受到人们关注。 长期以来，农村地区英语教育薄弱，并存在诸多方面的问题。为此， 笔者对闽北地区4县市英语教师的状况进行多方面的调查、访谈，获得 了第一手丰富的资料，同时深入农村中学英语课堂，进行多角度课堂观 摩，查找问题之所在，并对所取得的数据进行整理分析。在此基础上，借 鉴国内外对语言教师教育的研究成果，对农村中学英语教师的专业发展， 进行有益的探索。 本文立足农村中学英语教师的专业发展，通过文献研究、调查访谈、 分析讨论，针对农村英语教师状况，提出“KTR三步培训模式”及实现 教师发展的六个基本途径。在县级培训中实验尝试，获得较好的效果。 在教师教育中，走“专业知识领先，理论科研跟上，培训方式多样，终 身学习不断”的教师发展道路。作者认为教师教育应从教师的需要出发， 考虑区域性因素，制定可行方案。 相信本文对课改下教师教育的探索有所启发和帮助。 关键词：课改、农村英语教师、教师教育 On On Rural English Teacher INSET Under the Circumstances of Curriculum Reform [Abstract]Since 1 980s。human quality has been an issue holding the attention of the whole wodd．SO each nation has set about studying and laid stress on teacher development．Currently,INSET(in—sewice education and training)has increasingly been seen by many countries as a key element in strategies to raise the quality of education and student development．With the initiation of the curriculum refornl ln China．the research into INSET has aroused more and more concern． The weakness of English education in rural areas has been a long-standing problem。and the reason vanes．For seeking the solution to the problem，the author made surveys and interviews on vanous aspects of the English teachers’actual situations in four counties or cities of the northem part of FujJan province．gaining abundant first-hand data．At the same time，the author went deep into classes in ruraI schools to obsewed the classrooms from different points of view,trying to find OUt where the problems exist．and sorted out and analyzed the data from classes．On the basis of it．the author made a beneficiaI exploration Into the professional development of English teachers in rural schools by using the research fruits from home and abroad as a reference． This paper proposes a“Three—Step”Training Model and six basic approaches to promote teacher development，which are based
