S02E025090吴奇峰 S02E025090吴奇峰 论中国企业管理者道德激情的培育 捅妥 与通常的企业伦理实证研究不同，本文提出以统计模型的思路分析企业道德问 题，触及了道德问题分析量化的可能性。 本文对于道德的定义借重了康德的理论体系。道德是绝对命令，而企业管理的法 则相对于为股东创造价值的目标则是假言命令。文章构建的道德动能和道德势能守恒 的动态模型解释了道德风险的积聚和释放机制，分辩了道德境界和道德面貌的区别， 阐述了道德动能对于道德面貌的作用及作用区间，分析了道德激情对于企业管理者道 德的双重作用：其一，内化道德动能为行为准则；其二，自觉追求更高的道德境界。 企业道德境界集中体现在企业管理者的道德境界上。全社会的道德境界蕴涵着企 业管理者的道德境界，二者存在着正相关关系，并互为充要条件。当全社会的道德境 界退步的时候，企业管理者的道德境界亦退步；当全社会的道德境界进步的时候，企 业管理者的道德境界亦进步；反之亦然。 道德具有鲜明的时代特征，道德境界是螺旋上升的，每一个道德境界代表着在某 一时空对所有道德问题的回答的集合，并在新的高度演绎上述道德迸化机制，因此道 德问题弥久恒新，企业管理者道德激情的培育具有永恒的意义。 关键词：企业道德，道德境界，道德面貌，道德动能，道德势能，道德激情，道 德觉悟，道德统计 S02E025090吴奇峰 S02E025090吴奇峰 论中国企业管理者道德激情的培育 Abstract The thesis approaches business ethics by means of statistics．a distinctive methodology from the positivism widely adopted in the study of the subject，and probes into the possibility ofthe quantification ofthe moral issues． It borrows the definition ofthe conceDt ofmorality from Kantian sch00l ofmoral theory．A dynamic model for the conservation of moral dynamic energy and moral potential energy is constructed to interpret the mechanism ofthe build—up and release ofmoral hazards．The contrast iS deliberated between moral stature and moral appearance．The role iS speculated ofthe moral energy played in terms ofmoral appearance．n伦function ofmoral passion is analysed pertaining to moral stature．It is proposed that moral hazards are released through the passive improvement of moral appearance with moral dynamic energy and the active 1ift ofmoral stature with moral passion． Executives’moral stature dictates that ofenterprise．The moral stature ofa society contains that of executives．The two demonstrate a positive correlation and one is the sufficient and necessary condition ofthe other．When the moral stature ofthe society progresses，SO does that of executives；when the moral stature of the society backslides，so does that of the executives and vice versa． Moral stature prog
