西南交通大学工程硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学工程硕士研究生学位论文 第1页 摘要 在铁路高速、重载的发展形势下，即提高铁路的运输能力，实现铁路运输的 现代化，又保证铁路的运输生产安全，显得尤为重要。如果没有性能良好的轮对 作为保证，要提高车辆运行速度和运行安全是不可能的。轮对参数检测在轮对检 修中处于关键地位，是保证轮对检修质量的重要手段，传统的检测方式是以人工 操作为主，数据的判断读取存在较大的人为误差，所以影响了检测结果的准确性、 真实性，也直接影响了车辆的行车安全。所以急需对现有的检测方式进行微机化、 自动化改造，以消除测试过程中人为因素对测试结果的影响，用先进的设备保证 车辆行车安全，所以本文研制～种新型的轮对参数全自动测量机来解决这个问 题。 本文研究的轮对参数全自动测量机是一套现代化的智能检测系统，能满足多 种货车轮对的检查，可以完成轮缘厚度、轮座直径、轮辋厚度、踏面磨耗等lO 多个轮对几何参数的全自动测量。轮对参数全自动测量机主要由主机、液压系统、 数据采集通讯系统和控制检测系统等组成。轮对参数全自动测量机改变传统人工 测量轮对的方式，实现轮对制造和检修质量的“变人控为机控”，自动测量轮对 尺寸，避免人为测量中的误判及波动，以及误检、错检等弊端，测量数据准确， 实现检测质量自动化监测，避免数据出错造成不必要的经济损失。 用轮对参数全自动测量机能够更好地保证检修质量，轮对参数全自动测量机 的开发和应用对新形势下铁路运输设备实现技术升级、试验检测手段现代化、保 证行车安全都具有积极的意义。 关键词：轮对：参数；自动；测量机 西南交通大学工程硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学工程硕士研究生学位论文 第1I页 Abstract Under the circumstances of railroad hi曲speed and haul load，it is particularly important to improve the ability of railway transportation，to realize the modernization of railway transportation and to guarantee the produce safety of railway transportation． It is not impossible to improve the vehicle moving speed and moving safety if there were best wheels in function to ensure the safety．Wheels parameter examining is placed in key position in wheels overhaul，and it is an important means to the quality of wheels overhaul，Traditional examining method mainly depends on artificial operation and there more man-made in data judgment，SO effects the accuracy and reliability of the examination result and effects the vehicle’S safety directly．Therefore，the current examining methods are needed to be computerized and automated urgently tO remove the influence of testing of the artificial factor in the process oftest and the vehicle’S safety witll advanced facilities．SO new kind of wheels parameter full—automatic machine is developed to solve this problem in this text． The wheels parameter full—automatic machine that is discussed in the text，it is set of modem intellectual test system，is suitable to the examination of all sorts of wagon wheels，and it also CalTy o
