查些垄兰堡主兰堡垒查—————————————!壹墨摘 查些垄兰堡主兰堡垒查—————————————!壹墨 摘 要 随着我国经济体制改革的不断深化，社会主义市场经济的逐步完善，企业的 经营机制正在发生深刻的变化，尤其是现代企业制度的逐步推行以及我国加入 WTO后，企业所面对的环境更加错综复杂，企业所需配置的资源要素也更难以 控制，在这种历史背景下，企业战略管理为企业的进一步发展提供了有力的工具。 目前，伴随着国企改革的逐步推进，沈阳铁路信号工厂正处于市场化改革的 关键时期，打破铁饭碗、迎接挑战是企业必须面对的事实。中国铁路体制改革及 铁路电务跨越式发展的客观形势和企业生存发展的主观需要，迫切要求企业进行 发展战略的研究和制定，对自身的功能和性质重新定位，培育和提高企业的核心 竞争力，使企业能够可持续发展，从而取得最佳经济效益。 本文共分六章。第一章介绍了企业战略管理理论；第二章介绍了企业的概况 及战略管理问题的提出：第三章分析了企业的外部环境；第四章分析了企业的内 部环境；第五章提出了企业的战略目标和发展战略；第六章阐述了企业战略的实 施与控制方法。 关键词： 战略管理 战略制定 战略控制 —ll生燮主兰些笙查 —ll生燮主兰些笙查 垒呈!!坠兰!
