膀 聿毕业设计(论文) 袅 膁 袂精密蜗轮滚齿机设计 袈 羅 薂 芀 学生姓名: 仇荧杰 薇 学院名称: 江苏科技大学苏州理工学院 肅 专业名称: 机械设计制造及其自动化 羃指导教师 ：王波 肁 蚀 肅2015年 5月 20日 莃 葿 莈 膅 螄 摘要 膁 膇随着社会发展脚步的不断加快，为了响应国家节能减排、提高生产效率的号召，我进行了精密蜗轮滚齿机的设计，精密蜗轮滚齿机主要用于齿轮的加工，主要包括各种材料的齿轮加工，本次设计的滚齿机的特点就是能够进行精密蜗轮的加工，并且相对的工作台面上具有误差校正机构。 芅我的本次设计任务是的精密蜗轮滚齿机，滚齿机的总体机构设计、滚齿机的误差校正机构的设计、滚齿机立柱液压系统设计三大主要需要完成的任务。在设计机床的一开始我们要先明确机床的整体设计方案，机床加工时的工艺特性，接着我们要进行机床的动力源设计，比如说选择什么样的电动机，选择什么样的传动方式，并且明确各个传动机构的扭矩以及各轴之间的强度校核等，然后选择机床的导轨和机床的工作台，然后进行机床的润滑系统的设计最后进行绘制机床的的工作台图（包含校正机构）、机床立柱的液压系统的装配图、机床刀架体装配图，一些主要的零件图，以及机床整体的液压系统图。 袁 完成本次的蜗轮滚齿机的设计，对于提高齿轮的加工精度有着很大的帮助，不仅仅减少了成本，而且对于提高生产效率也有着及其深远的影响。 虿 羆关键词：精密蜗轮滚齿机 机床工作台校正机构 机床立柱的液压系统 莅 节 莁 罿 蒄 蚃 衿 螈 薄 肄 薁 蒇Abstract 薄 With the accelerating pace of social development, in response to the national energy-saving emission reduction, improve the production efficiency of the call, I precision worm gear hob tooth machine design, precision worm gear rolling gear machine is mainly used for gear processing, mainly including various materials of gear machining, rolling gear machine characteristics of the design is able to machining of precision worm gear, and the relative work table with error correction mechanism. 蒅 My task of this design is the precision worm gear hobbing machine, rolling gear machine design of the overall structure, rolling gear machine error correction mechanism design, tooth column machine hydraulic system of roller design mainly need to complete the task. In the design of machine tool to overall design we must first clear the machine tool, machining process characteristics, then we need to design power tools, such as the choice of what kind of motor, choose what kind of driving mode, and clear the transmission mechanism between the axis of the torque and the strength check, then select the working table of machine tool guideway and machine tool design, and then the machine lubrication system at the end of the drawing machine working table diagram (including correction m
