Abstractln Abstract ln law quality and safety of agricultural proa．cts enactcd in October 2006．the uaeeability system of agro-produet quality safety will be implemented．The unqualified agro-produets will be traced to orgill$or the producers．The recall of thses unqualified agricultural products will be done based the Uaeeability system．It will increase the confidences of COllSU懈for the quality and safety of agricultural products． At present．bar code systems a把applied for tracing the origins of food．Besides it,other teehniques applied for tracing agricultural products。such∞stable isotope，呱ilealinfrared spectroscopy． These techniques c锄validate authenticity of labeled products，identify the fraud products，discriminate the products with different marks such as‘organic’。‘green’and‘ecological’，and they be used嬲the parallel technology、“tll the bar code system． Stable isotope technology wfl．s applied in the fields of geology,medical and environmental science in early time．In recent years，stable isotope analysis is applied in the traceability of animal products． In this study,clllaoon,nitrogen,oxygen，hydrogen，蹴stable isotopes a∞considered indicators to trace origin of pigments of chicken and places where the chicken fed．Thus，the origin of the chicken was traced effectively．The two雠als have been carried out for researela the tracing origin of chickens． Experiment l：320 one-day-old broilers of AA were selected and assigned to 2 groups，each group included 4 lleatlnents with 4 replicates,then fed basic diets added different concentration of earoplayll red and basic diets with different contents of maize respectively．On the 21st and the 42nd day ofthefeedingperiod．theRCFvaluesoffeetWCledetermined andthe samplesw∽collected．Afterthe handling．the 6 13c，6 15N values of chicken samples,the 6 13c values of teed∞determined．The results showed：the RCF values and the levels of earophyll red。the RCF values and the maize contents of feed were positive correlated．the 6”C values in chicken and
