华中科技大学硕士学位论文摘要 华中科技大学硕士学位论文 摘要 本文致力于探讨符合我国国情的工业结构调整方式，分三章分别探讨了工业结 构调整的基本理论，我国当前经济发展特征及问题，以及相应的对策建议。 本文指出我国正处于重工业化阶段，要素投入结构将进一步向资本密集型，技术 密集型的结构转换。现有供给体系无法匹配需求是造成当前经济矛盾的根源，依赖 投资和进出口拉动经济增长的方式有必要向扩大消费需求的拉动方式转换。因此， 此次结构调整是“升级型”调整，即淘汰落后的生产能力，通过技术升级优化产品 供给结构，以此开拓市场，扩大需求，促进经济增长。为提升我国整体经济结构合 理性，还应给予服务业相当的重视。 同时，由于前期差别政策实施导致区域性产业结构差别，我国东西部存在发展 差异，进行结构调整不能一刀切，无法寄希望通过推行技术进步拉动经济全面增长。 对于发展劳动密集型产业还有上升空问的地区，要把投资拉动的增量调整和存量调 整结合起来，抓住国内国际贸易机会充分发展，为后期产业升级奠定基础。 关键词： 经济增长 结构调整 产业结构 华中科技大学蹊士学位论文 Abstract This paper f∞uses on the topic of the a(号ustment of Chinas industrial struct口re. It is divided into three pa邸， separately discussing the basic theory of s出ctural 喝口stment，the features of Chinas actual eωnomy，and t主e policy selection. τlIís paper sh。有军that China has entered the heavy-chemical industrialized stage ， which strongly forces industrial e∞nomy shift to c在.pital-intensive structure. Under the ∞ndition of economic restraints that relative aggregate supply is beyond effective demand， the problem that Chin在 need 10 solve ís to s位engthen the ability of supply and to expand final demand. Ouring 也1s process，the expansion of ∞nsumer demand ís expected to play a more important role than the expansion of ínvestment and export demand. Thus，the current transformation is characterized 有ith upgrading气 that is，using technological transformation to optimiz巳 the ∞mposítion of supply g∞ds. In addition to，the service industries must obtain more support to develop. Mean 胃hile，due to 出e different development level among the east，middle and 有臼tern areas of the coun町， the model of t伐加ologícal transformation cannot achieve perfect results in all of the 盘reas. For those areas 有ith ∞mparative back唱rard level of economic development，∞ntinuing to take labor-intensive s往ategy is still a good choice.
