株洲市男男同性人群的性行为特征调查分析 冀乃宏 陈 鹏 叶清红 株洲市疾病预防控制中心 株洲 412000 摘要：［目的］了解株洲市男男性行为人群（men who have sex with men，MSM）的 艾滋病相关知识知晓情况、行为特征、安全套使用和HIV感染等情况,为在该人群开展 有针对性的干预提供科学依据。 ［方法］采用 “滚雪球”的方法对辖区内129名MSM开 展 一对一匿名问卷调查，使用SPSS 18.0进行资料统计分析 ［结果］129名MSM人群的 平均年龄为26.7±8.4岁，其中30岁以下者占75.9%，且大部分为未婚者，大专及以上 学历者占42.6%。MSM人群中HIV阳性者10人，感染率为7.75%，其中有过 “O”角色史的 MSM人群感染率是 “1”角色者的两倍。对艾滋病防治知识知晓率为71.32%,不同文化程 度MSM人群的近6个月同性行为中的安全套使用情况的差异统计学意义 (p 0.05)。已 婚MSM人群在同性性行为时每次使用安全套率要低于未婚人群，差异有统计学意义 (p 0.05)。 ［结论］HIV在MSM人群中的流行日趋严重并有通过异性婚姻和低年龄性交向 一般人群传播的可能。此外，该人群的安全套使用率较低，存在知识和行为分离现象。 故开展针对性MSM人群艾滋病干预工作是今后艾滋病防控重点。 关键词：男男性行为人群；艾滋病；性行为及特征 Investigation and analysis of 129 MSM sexual characteristics of Zhuzhou City Zhuzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention Ji Naihong Chen peng Ye qinghong Abstract: Objective To provide the scientific basis for targeted intervention in this population，by studying the AIDS related knowledge awareness, the behavior characteristics, condom use and HIV infection among MSM in Zhuzhou City.
