Using digraphs, the zero-nonzero patterns ordered 5 is discussed in this paper. Firstly, the developments of sign patterns and the spectrally arbitrary patterns are introduced and the general method —Nilpotent-Jacobian Method for identifying a spectrally arbitrary pattern is also introduced. Both the reducible and irreducible cases are considered. For reducible zero-nonzero patterns, it is proved that there are at least 10 nonzero entries in each spectrally arbitrary pattern. All the spectrally arbitrary reducible patterns are also given under equivalent. For irreducible case, the zero-nonzero patterns which have a simple cycle of length 5 are discussed. These zero-nonzero patterns are classified according to two sub-graphs. For each class, the zero-nonzero spectrally arbitrary patterns with exactly ten nonzero entries are proposed, which are also proved to be minimum spectrally arbitrary patterns. There are sixteen spectrally arbitrary patterns of this kind in total. Finally, the spectrally arbitrariness is considered for the direct sum of two zero-nonzero patterns. Two particular pat
