PAGE PAGE I 本科毕业设计(论文) 题目： 方套机械加工工艺及其夹具设计 系 别： 机电信息系 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级： 学 生： 学 号： 指导教师： 2013年4月 方套的机械加工工艺及其夹具设计 摘 要 本次设计内容主要是机械加工工艺，工程材料应用，机床夹具设计及金属切削机床等多方面知识。 方套零件的设计主要是由零件加工工艺设计，工序设计和其机床专用夹具设计组成。加工工艺设计主要对零件的作用和零件的工艺分析，设计出其毛坯结构。再由其基面粗基准和精基准的选择来制定出工艺路线，从而确定零件机械加工余量及工序尺寸和切削用量及基本工时。最后进行零件专用夹具，定位分析及基准的选择和切削力和夹紧力的计算以及定位误差分析，从而确定定位元件、加紧元件、机床链接部分和夹具体来设计出夹具。本文主要围绕方套夹具设计为中心，在分析生产零件的基础上设计制造工艺，针对方套的加工工艺确定夹具设计方案。在设计合理，符合工程实际的基础上，设计了1套夹具，并绘制夹具装配图及零件图，完成毕业设计。 关键词：方套、加工工艺、夹具、夹具设计 全套图纸，加153893706 PAGE PAGE IV Square Sleeve’s Machining Process And Its Fixture Design Abstract The design content mainly by mechanical processing technology, application of engineering materials, tooling and fixture design of metal cutting machine tool and so on.
