ABSTRA ABSTRACT 中国政法 中国政法大学硕士学位论文 论国际组织对国际条约的影响 ON THE INTERNATIONAL TREATY WITH THE INFLUENCE OF INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION ABSTRACT With globalization, international organization (hereinafter referred to as“IO”) is playing a more and more important role in international society, as an important participant in the area of international economic and international political relation, the existence of IO enriches the international law in practice. IO has already help to improve the establishment of international treaty and influenced a lot on the implement of international treaty.So it is very necessary to study the role of IO during the concluding of international treaty between countries. This article is written against the above background, and is divided into five sections. Firstly, in the Introduction, the appearance and contribution of IO is briefly introduced. Thereafter, in chapter 1, the concept of IO and the development of IO against the global background are introduced, the growth of IO make it playing a more and more important role in the world, but at the same time state sovereignty is at risk, so it is necessary for IO to respect the state sovereignty if it wants to keep its vitality. After that, in chapter 2, the writer analyses several ways of “making law”, different kinds of international organizations have difference ways to influence the international law, in practice, pressure from the economic III IV IV market also may enforce states to comply with the treaties. Afterwards, in chapter 3 the models of making law by IO and their characters are analyzed, those meticulous topics can be distributed to specific IOs, and the topics which influence in a broader area can be hold in the United Nations. Experts help to conclude treaties is of benefit to lawyers and arbitrators for finding legal resources.
