山东财 山东财经大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 商业银行在一个国家整个金融体系中占据了重要的地位，对金融业乃至对整个经 济社会的发展都起到举足轻重的作用。近年来，我国商业银行面临的内外部风险越来 越多。传统的内部审计模式已经很难能够满足商业银行内部审计的需求，因此，我国 商业银行迫切需要应用新的审计模式来识别、评估和应对其内部审计风险。 现代风险导向审计是各行业内部审计为了应对职业风险而产生的一种审计理念。 就目前来看，随着经济的发展和科技的进步，各行业之中的竞争日趋激烈，为了在竞 争中求得生存以及推动企业内部审计的发展，各行业内部审计引入现代风险导向审计 势在必行。在我国，有关于现代风险导向审计的理论研究仍在起步阶段，对其实务的 研究更是欠缺。因此，本文对在商业银行内部审计中应用现代风险导向审计的探讨具 有重要的理论意义和现实意义。 本文首先介绍了现代风险导向审计的基本理论、审计程序和方法以及我国商业银 行应用现代风险导向审计的必要性和可行性，然后分析了我国商业银行运用现代风险 导向审计的现状以及存在问题的原因，之后借助对 H 商业银行进行的案例分析探讨了 现代风险导向审计在我国商业银行内部审计中的具体应用，最后指出了我国商业银行 有效运用现代风险导向审计的措施。 在本文的研究过程中，除了运用规范研究的方法来对现代风险导向审计的理论内 容进行阐述，还对我国 H 商业银行具体应用现代风险导向审计的情况进行了介绍，运 用了理论与案例相结合的方式。希望能够对现代风险导向审计在我国商业银行内部审 计中的应用有一定的帮助。 关键词：现代风险导向审计 商业银行 内部审计 风险评估 i Abst Abstract Abstract Commercial banks occupy an important position in a country in the entire financial system, will play a decisive role to the financial industry and even the whole economic and social development. In recent years, more and more internal and external risks faced by Chinese commercial banks. The traditional internal audit model has been difficult to meet the demand of internal auditing of commercial bank, therefore, our commercial banks need to apply the new model to identify, assess and deal with the internal audit risk. Modern risk oriented audit is an audit of the concept of internal audit in order to cope with the industry occupation risk arising. At present, with the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, the industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce, in order to seek survival and development of enterprise internal auditing in the competition, the industry internal audit into the modern risk oriented audit be imperative. In China, theoretical research about modern risk oriented audit is still in the initial stage, is the lack of practical research. Therefore, this paper has important theoretical and practical significance to explore the application of modern risk oriented audit in the internal audit in commercial banks. T
