PAGE PAGE 2 Liaoning province residency training development and exploration Abstract: This Abstract: Based on the research and analysis of resident physicians’ training of Liaoning Province and other provinces and cities, the study established efficient administration system of resident physicians’ training, and set up relevant training regulations and evaluation criteria of training bases, and founded performance assessment index of resident physicians’ training of our province. The study adopted literature review, field study, questionnaire, comparative study and combination of theories and practice. What’s more, the committees were established, namely, the Standardized Training Center of Resident Physicians of Liaoning Province, the Standardized Training Committee of Resident Physicians of Liaoning Province, and the Committee of experts. Led by the Department of Public Health Care of Liaoning Province and the Standardized Training Center of Resident Physicians of Liaoning Province, the training center took over the following tasks, including the direction of standardized training of resident physicians, the administration of the base, phased examinations and relevant studies.
