血府逐瘀汤联合常规西药治疗冠心病心绞痛70例 李锐 （宿州市中医医院 安徽 宿州234000） 【摘要】目的:探究血府逐瘀汤联合常规西药对冠心病心绞痛患者的治疗效果及用药后的不良反应，为今后的临床工作提供参考意见。方法:选取2011年1月~2013年1月来我院进行治疗的70例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象，按照治疗方法的不同，分为对照组与观察组，每组35例。对照组给予钙离子拮抗剂、β受体阻滞剂、硝酸酯类药物进行治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予血府逐瘀汤共同治疗，观察两组患者经治疗后的临床疗效对比及症状的改善情况。结果:两组患者心绞痛改善总效率比较χ2=5.7678（p=0.0163）；治疗后心绞痛发作的次数比较t=3.8904（p=0.0002）；治疗后心电图改善情况比较χ2= 6.0315（p= 0.0141）；差异具有统计学意义。结论:血府逐瘀汤对冠心病心绞痛患者治疗效果显著，与治疗冠心病的常规西药共同治疗具有协同作用，能明显提高治疗效果，且无不良反应发生，值得临床推广使用。 【关键词】血府逐瘀汤；西药；冠心病；心绞痛；治疗效果 [Abstract] Objective: To explore the adverse reaction of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with routine western medicine on the patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treatment and after treatment, provide a reference for future clinical work. Methods: from 2011 January ~2013 year in January to our hospital 70 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients as the research object, according to the different treatment methods, divided into the control group and the observation group, 35 cases each group. The control group was given calcium antagonists, beta blockers, nitrates drugs for treatment, observation group were based on the given Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction treatment, the two groups were observed to compare the clinical efficacy and the improvement of symptoms after treatment. Results: the two groups of patients with angina pectoris and improve overall efficiency comparison of χ 2=5.7678 (p=0.0163); frequency of angina pectoris after treatment of t=3.8904 (p=0.0002); after ECG treatment improvement of χ 2= 6.0315 (p= 0.0141); the difference was statistically significant.
