Mechanical solid garage can effectively solve this problem, is the future of the general trend of the garage development. This paper discussed a linear motor as the shogging mechanism of vertical lifting type stereo garage control system design, to achieve three-dimensional car parking lot full automatic, safe and reliable operation. Firstly, the paper explains the development status, the advantages and disadvantages, the main types and the problems of the development of the domestic industry.. And then focus on the vertical lifting stereo garage. Including the overall structure and operational principle of stereo garage, lifting mechanism, and a shogging mechanism and automatic control system for the overall design. The emphasis of this paper is to research the automatic vertical lifting type stereo garage control system hardware design, the comprehensive factors selected PLC as the control system hardware design, will use the S7-200, S7-300, inverter, communication interface board hardware equipment. At last, the problems in the development of vertical lifting stereo garage are explained, and the future development of stereo garage is reasonable.. Ke
