摘要 安全文化思想的提出，使人类在实现安全生存和保障企业安全生产的过程中，增添了新的策略和方法。企业安全文化是企业文化不可少的重要组成部分，是企业文化的内涵和延伸。化工企业安全文化建设对化企业发展将起到非常重要的推动和促进作用，企业应站在战略高度，充分认识安全文化建设的重要性和必要性，扎扎实实将企业安全文化建设做好，让安全文化真正发挥作用。 本文从研究的背景为入口阐述了化工企业安全文化建设的意义与重要性。随后论文阐述安全文化的基本理论，分析安全文化的影响因素，化工企业安全文化的内容，化工企业安全文化的特征，化工企业的安全文化功能。通过对化工企业安全文化现状的研究与问题分析，从而提出化工企业安全文化建设的模式。 最后论文提出化工企业安全文化建设要制定目标，建立健全的安全管理机构，加强对员工安全知识、安全行为的高标准、严要求，建立完善的科学预警和应急救援体系的建议。对某化工企业生产中出现的问题，提出某化工企业安全文化建设的方案。 关键词 化工企业；安全文化；文化建设 Abstract Thinking of the safety culture so that the survival of mankind in achieving safety and security of enterprise security operation in the production，added new strategies and methods.
