摘 要 招标控制价是对招标工程限定的最高工程造价。本设计的工程的建设地点属于四川省自贡市。通过查阅各种规范及图集，完成了整个工程的编制。在接近四个月的时间里，将自己在四年中几乎学习的知识应用到了实践中。本设计通过对该工程进行列项计算，完成了所有工程的清单量的计算，再运用宏业清单计价软件根据工程量与各单位工程设计图的总说明及其他图纸进行招标控制价的编制，通过调整材料价格（根据材料费）、人工费系数、费率，最后得到综合单价、分部分项工程量的价格，再计算措施项目费、其他项目费、规费税金，加总得到招标控制价。工程规模2252.5㎡，造价总额3564929.9元，单方造价1582.65元。 关键词：招标控制价；工程量清单；分部分项工程量；措施项目费；宏业清单计价软件；综合单价 ABSTRACT Bidding control valence is the maximum limit on a bidding project construction cost. The designed project belongings to Zigong city, Sichuan province. Through a variety of information and network, completed the compilation of the whole project. In nearly four months, applying almost learning in four years to the practice.
