浅谈预应力静压管桩施工质量监控 （建筑工程系） 摘 要 随着人类对环保意识的不断增强，建筑工程地基基础的建设至关重要目前静 压预应力管桩的应用越来越广泛，在静压预应力管桥施工过程中会遇到种种情况 而涉及桩基工程质量控制?笔者根据长期执行建设工程质量监理工作实践，就预应 力管桩工程施工监理过程的质量控制，做初浅探讨?静压预应力管桩具冇能承受较 大的负荷、质量稳定、造价低等优点，近年来在国内很多地区得到广泛应用，但 是在实际应用过程中，施工质量和安全问题频频出现。压预应力管桩是在预应力 技术和高性能混凝土的基础上发展起来的，利用静压或锤击的方法将空心圆筒体 状的构件沉人地厂达到设计控制标高或承载力，以此作为建筑物的基础。传统 的锤击法入桩常常排放出污染环境的油烟和噪音，严重影响周遍居民的居住环境; 而静压高强预应力管桩由于具有单桩承载力较大，质量稳定，低噪音和无震动等 特点，己得到广泛的应用并具有广阔的应用前景。本文从实际工作经验岀发， 介绍了静压预应力管桥施工过程的控制，以确保管桥施工质量和安全。 Summary As humanity to the environmental protection to enhance awareness of architectural engineering foundation, the construction of current static prestressed pipe pile is vital, used more widely in static prestressed pipe pile construction process will encounter of various circumstances involved in pile foundation engineering quality control.
