“双一流”背景下我国大学
学科设置的历史变迁与国际比较 鄢

摘要 ： “双一流”战略使得 学科设置和学科建设成为教 育领域的焦点。 我 国学科设置在改革开
放后共进行过四次规模调整 ，时间分别是 1983 年、1990 年、1997 年和 2011 年 。 但现行的学科分类
已明显不能适应新时代我 国高等教育强国梦的发展 需求，学科设置改革有待进一步深入推进 。梳理
我 国学科设置的发展 变迁，对比国际学科设置的分类、规模 ，深思我 国学科设置的发展趋势，对于推
动我 国学科设置科 学发展 、助力国家教育“双一流”战略、提升学位与高等教育质量具有积极意义。

Development of Discipline Setting of Higher Education
in China under the Background of Double First Class
and an International Comparison

Abstract: The double first class strategy has made discipline setting and discipline con-
struction to be the focus of education. After years of reform and opening-up ， China has carried
out four formal and systematic adjustments of the discipline setting in years 1983 ， 1990 ， 1997
and 2011， respectively. However ， the current classification of discipline cannot obviously adapt
the development of the higher education of China in the new era ， and the reform of discipline
