山东交通学院 2014届毕业生毕业设计（论文） 汽车四轮定位调整技术与故障分析 院(部)别 高职学院 专 业 交通运输 班 级 交职101 学 号 101711101 姓 名 商波 指导教师 贾倩 二〇一四年六月 摘 要 随着道路条件的不断改善及汽车工业的飞速发展，现代汽车实际行驶速度越来越高，为适应高速条件下行驶稳定性和乘坐舒适性的要求，对汽车四轮定位参数进行准确测定已是一项不容忽视的工作。 本文首先介绍了国内外近年来对汽车四轮定位技术的研究，并结合汽车车轮定位参数的基本理论，分析了各定位角对汽车性能的影响及各参数间的关系。然后进一步阐述了运用四轮定位仪对汽车进行定位参数调整的注意事项及方法，针对一些常见悬架结构，对四轮定位参数的调整提出了解决方案，并做了相关的总结。最后通过常见车型及其常见故障案例的分析，提出解决问题的方法。通过本论文的撰写，希望为从事汽车服务行业的人员在对汽车四轮定位参数的定期检测与调整时提供一些理论依据。 关键词：汽车，四轮定位，参数调整，故障分析 Abstract With the improvement of road condition and with the raoid development of vehicle industry, the cars actual running speed are more and more increasingly, determine exactly the positional parameter is an ignore work to adapt the stability and comfortableness when run in high speed. This work study the adjust of current four wheels position. firstly ,introduce the study offour wheels position in recent years of abroad and home, with the combination of the thory of positional parameter,analyze the carsfunction effect of every position and relation between every parametre. Then introduces the application of four-wheel location of car of parameter adjustment notice and skills.In view of some common suspension structure, the adjustment of four-wheel location parameters, and put forward the solution, and make the correlative conclusion.Finally through common models of its common failure analysis, this paper summarizes the case for different models to different faults adjust position parameter of skills. The purpose of this study was to through investigation and test method for four-wheel location parameters on the driving safety impact study, find rule, for automobile four-wheel location parameters testing and adjusting the regular provide necessary theoretical basis.
