Once upon a time there were three little pigs who agreed they would each build his own house. The first little pig was going to build his house with straw. The second little pig was going to build his house with wood. The third little pig was going to build his house with bricks. A big bad wolf was watching them. The first little pig finished his straw house. The wolf called “Little pig, can I come in?” The frightened little pig cried, “Go away!” Then the wolf shouted angrily, “Let me in or I’ll huff and puff and blow your house down!” Then the wolf took a deep breath and blew hard, and the straw house blew away. The first little pig ran to the wooden house which his brother had just finished. Then the wolf cried, “Little pig, can I come in?” “Go away,” cried the frightened second pig. The wolf then cried angrily, “ Let me in or I’ll huff and puff and I’ll blow your house down!” The wolf took a deep breath and blew very hard, and the wooden house blew away. The two little pigs ran to the brick house. Then the wolf cried, “Little pig, can I come in?” “No,” cried the third little pig. “Let me in or I’ll huff and puff and I’ll blow your house down,” cried the wolf angrily. Taking a deep breath he blew so hard he fell over, but the brick house was very strong. “Hee, hee,” laughed the third little pig. By now the big bad wolf was very angry. Then he had an idea. He brought a ladder and climbed up to the rooftop. “I’ll climb down the chimney and soon gobble up those three little pigs,” said the wolf. But the three little pigs saw him. “What shall we do?” cried the little pigs. The third little pig had an idea of his own. “I’ll teach him a lesson,” said the third little pig. As the wolf slid down the chimney he was in for a big surprise. The third little pig put a big pot of boiling water on the fire and the wolf fell right into it. “Ow, HELP!” he howled, leaping out of the pot and running out of the house. “Hee, hee,” laughed the three little pi
