第 I 页 我国民营企业融资现状分析及对策 摘要 我国民营企业融资现状分析及对策 摘要 民营企业是我国非公有制经济的重要组成部分。改革开放三十几年来，随着社会主义经济体系的逐 步完善建立，民营企业摆脱传统体制的束缚，正以新的目标，新的组织，新的结构，新的动力步入 全球分工体系，成为推动我国经济转型的不可忽视的动力。然而，长期以来，民营企业的发展受到 了诸多因素的影响，尤其是民营企业所面临的融资问题已成为制约其发展的瓶颈。与此同时，纵观 国内外市场，民营企业融资难的同时也制约着国民经济的进一步发展，影响到我国金融市场的长远 稳健运行。 本文将首先描述民营企业融资的几种模式，阐述民营企业融资的现状及原因，民营企业融资难主要 表现在在融资渠道狭窄，银行融资系统不够完善等方面。当然造成民营企业融资难这一现状，既有 企业自身因素，也受到当前政策经济环境和政府的影响。本文将站在企业管理者的角度，论述在当 前融资环境下，企业如何增强自身素质，扩展适合自己的融资渠道。 关键词：民营企业，融资渠道，融资现状，融资对策 An Analysis of Privately-run Business ’ Financing Status Quo and Strategies Author：Ren Shuang Tutor：Hu Juan Abstract Privately-run business is an important part of the non- public sectors of the economy in our country. Since the opening up and reform, with the socialist market economy system being perfected, privately-run busi ness has broken through the constraint of traditional structure and entered into the international division system with new goals, new organization, new structure and new motivation. It turns into the driving force which can not be neglected in China ’ s economic restructuring. However, the development of privately-run business has been affected by nume rous factors, especially the difficulty in fund-raising which has become its bottleneck. At the same time, th e difficulty in fund-raising of privately-run business confines the further development of national economy and also influences the long-term and stable operation of financial market in our country. At the very beginning, this thesis will focus on the description of several patterns of privately-run busine s ’ fund-raising.
