Abstract In this paper, the author chose three indicators, which is widely adopted in the academic circles, including the scale of business, operational efficiency and risk level, to measure Chinas banking regulatory implementation effect. The use of indexes such as government supervision, foreign supervision, independence of supervision institution, covers the whole four major regulation main body of China. This study tries to illustrate the implementation effect from t
