Empy the waste, add 200 ml hypochlorite Fill the sheath tank with sheath fluid up to one inch from the top. Replace reserviors, fluidic tubing and sensors. Check for bubbles in both the fluid filter and in the flow cell. Enter control reagent lot information using the keypad. Control lot information can be found on the control bead tray. Reagent lot information can be found on the foil bag. Run the CD4 tube before running the CD8 tube. Always vortex tubes for 5 seconds upright before pressing RUN on the FACSCount Console. Record QC data using SOP 1006 as a daily form for running controls.
