PAGE PAGE II 本科生毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 题 目：PLC在配料生产线上的应用 学生姓名： 学 号：096 专 业：电气工程及其自动化 班 级：0 2班 指导教师：教授 PLC在玻璃配料生产上的应用 摘要 现有的配料控制系统普遍配料精度不高、稳定性差，随着控制理论、电子通信技术的发展，传统的配料控制系统也面临信息化、自动化的变革。本设计分析了玻璃配料的工艺流程，用PLC的控制系统代替原由单片机、继电器和称重仪表等组成的控制系统。该配料系统由PLC、上位工控机、称重传感器等组成，针对控制要求对一些元器件进行了设计和选型。传统的PLC控制系统通过I/O设备与PLC的I/O模块相连，PLC通过模拟量或开关量控制和监测现场设备，传输信号易受现场环境干扰。因此，引入现场总线控制系统，建立分布式的PLC控制系统，实现传输信号的数字化。本设计主要内容包括以下部分：1、介绍玻璃的发展过程及玻璃配料现状。2、分析玻璃配料系统的工艺流程。3、配料系统软件设计。4、利用PLC编程软件STEP7进行程序设计实现玻璃配料过程，利用组态界面表示玻璃配料生产过程。 关键词: PLC； 配料系统；组态； The application of PLC in glass batch production Abstract Now common ingredients existing batching control system precision isn’t high, and poor stability, with the development of control theory, electronic communication technology, The traditional ingredients also faces the change of informatization, automation control system. Traditional PLC control system via I/O devices are connected to the I/O module of PLC, PLC with analog and switch quantity control and monitoring of field equipment, transmission interference signal is vulnerable to the environment. Therefore, the field bus control system is introduced to set up a distributed PLC control system, realize the transmission of digital signal.
