PAGE I 摘 要 Microsoft Office是微软公司开发的一套基于Windows操作系统的办公软件套装。我们在使用Office各组件时，经常会遇到打不开文档或者打开显示为乱码的情况。本文主要针对Word和Excel两款使用频率最高的Office组件，描述了各类型的文件无法打开的情况，分析无法打开或打开为乱码的原因，并针对不同的原因提出了行之有效的修复方法，同时归纳总结出修复各类Office文档的一般方法。 Microsoft Office的广泛应用，让电脑编辑文档取代了纸和笔的书写，但我们通常都没有为这些文件建立完善的安全防护措施，也没有养成定期进行文件备份的良好习惯。那么，由于误操作、病毒破坏、系统故障、停电等原因，就有可能造成当前正在编辑的文档、电子表格、数据库等受到损坏，导致下次无法打开。 本文以Word、Excel两款组件为主，首先分析了文档损坏的各种表现：文件无法打开；虽然文件可以正常打开，但是却不能进行编辑和打印；文件打开后显示为乱码三种情况。其次根据各种情况进行原因分析，例如误操作、病毒破坏、系统故障、文件被加密、文件格式不匹配等等。然后针对不同的原因，利用Office自带修复功能或者运用辅助软件（例如Easy Recovery软件）提出修复方法。最后归纳总结出在拿到损坏的Office文档时的一般排除故障方法与修复方法。本文将理论分析与实践操作相结合，以大量实验验证所提出的故障排除方法与文档修复方法的正确性与实用性。 关键词：Office文件；损坏；修复 Abstract Microsoft Office is an Office software based on Microsoft Windows operating system .
