医学论文-CRP+1059GC基因多态性与冠心病相矢性的临床 荟萃分析 作者：戴振宇徐力辛田克钧符月琴梅喜平张萍 【摘要】 目的评价CRP (C反应蛋白)+1059G乂基因多态性与冠状动脉粥样 硬化性心脏病相矢性。方法 全面检索矢于CRP多态性与冠心病矢系的原始研究， 将符合入选标准的研究纳入。采用Revman4.2统计软件包及statalO.0统计软件 包进行统计,计算合并的效应指标基因多态性以OR及95%可信区问为效应指标。 结果 入选的8个冠心病与CRP多态性矢系的原始研究采用Mantel ?Hdcnszcl固 定效应模型合并的(GC+CC)基因型/GG基因型OR值为1.18 95%CI为1.01?1.39， P0.05。按地域分层分析固定效应模型中国人群OR为0.85，95%CI为0.64? 1.14，P0.05欧美人群随机效应模型其OR为1.35，95%CI为1.11?1.63，P 0.05。结论CRP+1059GC基因多态性与欧美人群冠心病发病相另，但可能与 中国人群冠心病发病无尖，C等位基因携带者患冠心病的危险性有增高趋势。 【矢键词】CRP冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病基因多态性相矢性荟萃分析 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the correlation between the polymorphism of C-react ive protein gene+1059G/C and the risk of coronary heart disease(CHD) with Meta analysis method. Methods Data bases were comprehensively searched ? together with references retracing method ? for all the related studies on the corrclation between C?reactive protein gene+1059G/C polymorphism and the risk for CHD. Al 1 the related studies were further strictly selected according to the inclusion eri teria ?C?reactive protein gene GC andCC genotype vs GG genotype OR(odds ratio) and its 95紀【(confidence interval) were analyzed as an outcome measurement. The statistical packages Statal0.0 and Reman 4.2 were applied for investigating heterogenei ty among individual studies and summarizing overal 1 effects across studies by proper mathematical model ? Results 9 original studies were entered the final data combination. Conclusion The polymorphism of C?reactive protein gcnc+1059G/C is associated wi th coronary heart disease in European and the United States population ， but t
