To reduce the rigid ity further, it is necessary to design a flexible m echan ism. An incentive and constraint mechanism model and a flexiblemechanism modelw ere presented based on dynam ic stability. A mult-i agent based virtual enterprise could effectively reduce the rigidity using the tw omodels and dynam ically adjusting the d istribution of profits accord ing to the investm ent efficiency and contribution of each agent.
